Just today July 7 2026 I brought a package of porkchops and they were rotten I must say, this is not the first time that this has happened to me.I would say, this is my fourth time . I don't know why Aldi's sells fruits and vegetables and rotten meat. I guess they don't care about their customers. And soon someday they will have to close down Because next time.And if there is a next time that I buy meat and is rotten, i'm truly gonna report them.They will very nasty when I went back to change it. The cashier told me that they do not sell rotten meat. I told her smell and you see it's rotten The owner, or the hire of management should really look into this matter and stop selling rotten meat, fruits and vegetables

This Aldi was an absolute disaster. The store manager was standing at a register shouting across the front end, deciding who could and could not use the self-checkout lanes, while the line stretched all the way to the meat aisle. There were only two cashiers open for most of the time. What was most frustrating is that after arguing with me about using self-checkout, she eventually decided to open four additional registers, which immediately helped reduce the backup. Someone needs to explain to this store that the company has loss prevention measures and insurance for shrink. It makes far more sense to provide a reasonable customer experience than to make customers wait 20 minutes in line over the possibility of a few items being stolen at self-checkout. If there is any doubt about what happened, management should review the security camera footage for the date and time of this incident. A truly disappointing shopping experience.

It’s a large store, yet when you go to pay, there is only one cashier on duty. When I asked her to open another register, she told me that the line at Ross is even longer and nobody complains there—to which I replied that I wasn't at Ross; I was at Aldi. There was a line of over ten people, all with carts full of groceries. This clearly demonstrates a complete lack of empathy for the customer and a total unwillingness to work.

It is a shame that our excellent, family-run supermarket is now facing parking issues. There are trucks belonging to debris-removal crews parked everywhere; the spots most accessible to the store are completely occupied by them. You see them all over the place, openly relieving themselves. As frequent customers, we now have to park a great distance away. I would really appreciate it if management took action to make things easier for us. This is a round-the-clock problem—at night, the parking lot turns into a hotel, with people sleeping right there. It’s such a pity.

Instacart order went terrible!! 😡 I had 3 orders that I had carefully separated for my customers. I told the cashier about it and advised her to please separate it or divide it. She declines and arranged 59 items of 3 different orders in one cart while pushing me to pay fast so the other customers can get attended. While providing bad customer service, also gave me the wrong receipts and told me she cannot reprint them. This happened 1/25/26 at 11:00am. They should reach out to that cashier and give her a word of advise on customer service.
